Pretty vintage 1980s dress with a tie belt in pretty pink and white polka dots. Cute peasant style with a wide lace trimmed collar, puffed sleeves and ruffle at the skirt hem. Has an elastic waist. Poly cotton blend. Label Reads: Adele Jones and gives a size of 11 but do see the measurements below as vintage sizing differs from modern. There is also a JC Penney hang tag.

Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 24" at rest to 37" stretched
Hips: loose
Shoulder to waist: 15.5"
